Accepted Answer

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Question 4

Question 5

Which yacht charter destinations do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Our primary base is Varna, Bulgaria on the Black Sea coast. We also serve Burgas, Balchik, Nessebar, Golden Sands, and St. Konstantin. Popular routes include Varna to Balchik and Varna to Nessebar.

Question 6

How do I book a yacht charter?

Accepted Answer

Submit an inquiry through our website contact form, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email. We confirm availability within 2 hours, present vessel options, and guide you through booking. A 20% confirmation payment secures your date — the remaining 80% balance is paid on the charter day.

Question 7

What is the cancellation policy for yacht charters in Varna?

Accepted Answer

DNM Yachting offers full refunds for cancellations made 14 or more days before the charter date. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Free rescheduling is available up to 14 days before departure. Owner/weather cancellations: full refund or free reschedule. Same policy applies year-round.

Question 8

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my charter?

Accepted Answer

The Captain has sole authority to determine if conditions are safe. Unsafe conditions (thunderstorms, 20-25 knot winds, rough seas, dense fog) result in free rescheduling or a full refund. Safe but uncomfortable weather (light rain, overcast, moderate wind) is not grounds for cancellation — the charter proceeds and the standard cancellation policy applies.

Question 9

Is the yacht insured and what safety equipment is on board?

Accepted Answer

All DNM Yachting charters carry third-party liability insurance as required by Bulgarian maritime regulations. Safety equipment on every yacht includes life jackets for all passengers plus 50% spare capacity with children's sizes, first aid kit, VHF emergency radio, flares, fire extinguishers, and a life raft. All Captains hold internationally recognized licenses with 10-25+ years of experience. Personal travel and medical insurance is recommended for all guests.

Question 10

What payment methods are accepted and when is payment due?

Accepted Answer

A 20% confirmation payment is required to secure your booking, payable via Wise, Revolut, bank transfer, or cash. The remaining 80% balance is paid directly to the Captain on the day of the charter in cash or by bank transfer. For last-minute bookings within 3 days, Wise or Revolut is required for instant transfer. All prices are in Euros.

Question 11

What is the operating season and what are the hours?

Accepted Answer

DNM Yachting operates from May through October, with peak season from July to early September. Charters run from 08:00 to 21:00 on Queen Eliza and 08:00 to 22:00 on Mambo 1 and Sun Odyssey 52.2.
